I had to dig around a lot but I did find the sys req page in the alpha omega website

It does require IE 7 or above and Adobe Reader (though possibly not necessary). Try installing IE 7 for sure. See where it goes from there.
Found a PDF Tutorial on the installation that has even more requirements.
Try putting all of these in a bottle:
- IE 7
- Flash 11 ActiveX
- SQL Server 2005 (Ap id 2002, btw) **
- Crystal Reports (I'm guessing App id 7370 but newest version may not be in the database)
- Microsoft .Net 3 and 4 ** ( .net 4 is App Id 5917, .net 3 should be listed in CX 11)
The bad news is that SQL Server 2005 and .Net 4 are both ranked as "Known not to work." I'm pretty sure .net 4 still doesn't run under CX 11 so, there is a more than even chance that SoS won't run because of the prereqs. don't work yet.
