I've been running SuperMemo for a few days now. These are my observations:
-
Internet Explorer MUST be installed because it uses the IE ActiveX Control. Otherwise it'll be severely crippled or not start at all. The Mozilla AX Control will not work as a replacement...
-
Works very well with Input Methods (using an X-Input method (I use Nabi for Hangul) and WINE IME automatically). But you'll need to make sure you run the application under the proper language locale as stated in the FAQ. I cannot seem to delete latin characters while in Hangul mode or Hangul while in latin mode. I don't know if this is typical for Windows or apps ran using WINE.

Periodically the Menus will lock and thus cannot be pulled down by either mouse or hot-keys. This is probably because of some misbehaving icon-bar or other widget preventing focus from the menus.

I had some troubles creating a new collection, saying that it could not read particular item. It'd force the program to abort. "FATAL ERROR: Cannot Read Data for Element #3." I have no idea how I managed to get a new collection created but I did it :P

Everything else works perfectly as far as I can tell... it's just really slow to launch like nearly all unsupported windows applications. But it operates fast enough.
