Not playing MP4 Files

Hi,

I followed all steps but I can't still play MP4 videos on Subtitle Workshop.
I installed Microsoft Directx Runtime and the ffdshow package in different bottles.

This is what I get when I try to play MP4 videos:

"C:\users\crossover\My Documents\Traduções\videofile.mp4" is not a valid video file.

What can I do?
