Video with burn-in subs: how to keep original quality ?

Hello,

It seems that I am the 1st to post here, but maybe I will be lucky enough to get a reply.

When I generate a video with burn-in, if I don't change the default presets in the "generate" window, then the file can be read with any video player (VLC and others).
But the size of the file (with burn-in subs) is strongly reduced (original MP4=620Mo, SE generated file=295Mo) letting me think that the quality has been reduced during encoding.

If I change the presets, for ex by activating the "target size" box, than I get a larger file but it cannot be read with VLC nor with any other video player....

So the question is: how to simply generate a video with the burn-in subs that has exactly the same quality than the source file ?

Thank you
