This program works as advertised, but needs .NET Framework 3.0 installed to work properly. There is a CrossTie to .NET Framework 3.0, which is probably the best way to get it. I've submitted a gold rating for consideration.

Crossover version 11.2.1 running on Mac OSX 10.6.8.
