Steam runs great on my iMac. I get to play Half Life 2 at 1820 X 1200 resolution with all graphics at max. It actually runs games better than my PC did, if you can believe that. Just downloaded the STEAM versions of Warhammer 40000 Gold and Dark Crusade, and about to play. This app works!!
