I have the Steam installed in Mac, but the aspect that I have is to that of Windows, and in the Screenshots of the Web, is otherwise. Why?

The Web screenshot you linked to shows an older version of Steam. Steam changed its looks a few months ago with a Steam update. Maybe your Windows Steam has been in offline mode since some time, or uses a different skin?
