I am using cross over and just installed steam. When I try to start steam it says "Steam.exe (main exception): To run steam you must first connect to the internet." How do I fix this? I have internet it is working. Are their any setting i need to change to get my internet working in crossover? Thanks

Do you have a firewall running? Are you behind a proxy? If so, you may need to disable those or work around them. This would be generally similar to what you'd have to do on Windows.
Otherwise, what platform are you using, Mac or Linux? What's the nature of your network configuration (wireless, wired, etc.)?
