Adjusting the amount of Data Storage allocated to Steam

I was wondering where you find the document for adjusting the allocated data for the Steam Bottle? Currently, my data allocation on Steam is a mere 120 GB of Data for testing apps. Previously, it had 200GB of data allocated on the Steam Bottle. Anyone know how to adjust the amount of data the Steam Bottle can use? Thanks!
