'Backup Game Files' is greyed out

Hello,

I am trying to backup the steam Games so that I can play them on PC and will not have to re-download it but the backup option is greyed out. So I tried backing up via going to Game's 'Properties' > 'Local Files' tab and then I click 'Backup Game Files' button but the backup fails.
