Individual bottles?

I plan on having my Windows Steam library installed onto the internal SSD (Mac) but am wondering what the best solution to installing the individual games would be.

In your opinion is it better to install a single Steam launcher with all the games in a single bottle

or

Install a Steam library and a single game with it own bottle for each?

I've noticed a post similar to this posted two years ago. With the continual improvements of Crossover has this changed for anybody?
