Elementary OS Bad performance

Hiyas im recent install Elementary OS and install my Crossover and i get a problems the sound not working good :( and have intermitences :(

Did you look in the Tips and Tricks, b/c this is a problem that has occurred before and the work around is documented. See if that helps and let us know.
