SC2: Graphics settings causing crashes

Hello,
I've been using CxGames to play Starcraft 2 and everything works really well. The install and setup went flawlessly, and, under certain graphics settings, the game works perfectly.

However, I'm experiencing crashes when I set certain graphics settings.

The following settings result in crashes,
Texture Quality = ultra (High and below works fine)
Shaders = Anything above Low (low works fine)

Everything else can be set to maximum and the game runs very nicely. Out of curiosity I tried playing the game in Wine v 1.3.10, and It can run under extreme but performance isn't amazing, as I get like 20 FPS. (I'm assuming this is because cxGames is using OpenGL and wine is emulating Dx9).

It's not a big deal as the game still looks nice and works perfectly, I'm just curious to the cause of the crashes.

System info:
Slackware Linux 64 bit
Kernel 2.6.35.10
i5 @ 3.4 Ghz
Nvidia GTX460 1gb with latest binary driver
4 gig ram

Issues fixed with cxGames 10.0. Nice work guys :)
