This has been going for a while now, and I haven't noticed the loading bar move. Is it normal?
Close the Battle.net Desktop App, wait about 10 seconds (for Agent.exe to shut down), run it again. It should update now.
Note that you need to provide a proper URL for the image files if you want people to be able to see them. Example: put the file into the "Public" folder of your dropbox and use the "copy public link" option.

You may also want to tell us what Linux distribution you're using, GPU and driver version if applicable, what version of CrossOver...

There is a Mac OS X native version of the game. Use that. Playing SC2 using CrossOver is supported only on Linux.
