Is there any easy way to get StarCraft to run in a window instead of full screen? I get weirdness if I cmd-Tab out and then go back to my game. It is only in a small corner of my screen.

Not really, because the game itself does not have a windowed mode. You can switch to the X11 driver (bottle settings) and enable the virtual desktop (winecfg). This will mostly do what you want, but the game may misbehave if you move the mouse outside the window.
The cmd-tab behavior sounds like a bug. I believe this will work better in the next major CrossOver release because I have made additional fixes to our Cmd-Tab / Alt-Tab handling.
