Frozen Loading screen

So after i launch the game client I get the loading screen but it freezes at that. Any tips to get past this? on a newish (bought in april 2011) macbook pro with 8 gig ram

Are you using the "Unsupported" build that is specifically for Star Wars: The Old Republic or are you using CrossOver 11.0.3? Have you worked through the tips and tricks?
