Hi all,
I installed the game and the menu comes up ok, but when I hit the Single-Player option, it displays a window saying "The program jasp.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have tried putting it in windowed-mode through winecfg and adjust resolution and other settings, but nothing seems to really change it. Below are some of my system specifications:
Gentoo Linux 64-bit (I should try it in Ubuntu, maybe it's a Gentoo thing).
AMD quad core Phenom Processor at about 3 Ghz.
4 GB RAM.
PNY Nvidia Geforce GTS 250.
Also, I'm using the CD-ROM version to install instead of through STEAM.
Thanks,
Hibba.
Edit: Tried it on Ubuntu 64-bit 9.10, and it worked quite well (only the menu items for the KDE Kick-off Application Launcher and desktop shortcut were not created, but the game itself looked like it ran well so far. Cairo dock does have it listed appropriately under Windows Games, though).
