Issue with VC 2005

Hey

Ive been trying to install a STO bottle, (have an installation on my bootcamp drive) but i cant get it to install the VC 2005 redist. Both with the crosstie or installing it on its own, nothing seems to work and it keeps crashing. im running the latest cxg mac on an early 2011 15" MBP 2.2
