crash crash and again crash

I have installed the game, the patch, it starts (low graphics) BUT when I have to load my save it doesn't work and the loading screen crash.
I had the audio problem, the game worked at that time, after fixing the problem the game crashed as written.

My system is:
Mac OS X 10.6.8
2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4 GB 1067 MHz DDr3
