I've got STBC working now. I had problems in 9.0 with the infamous Star Trek Bridge Commander Black Screen of Death. The initial movies didn't display and I got a black screen with giant yellow cursors like this:
I overcame this by changing the OffscreenRenderingMode to backbuffer. The default is fbo, and this was causing problems on my system.
