Game freezes

I'm having a problem with this game. I start to play and after a few moments the game freezes, complete with the sound looping constantly. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have as well... I been working on resolving the issue.

So far I have installed all updates and still having the same issue as you.

Still thinking!
