S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl Forum

When playing the game, the graphics go black and white when any action is taken or when entering outdoor or larger areas. If I look at the ground or sky it goes to color, but if I look to the horizon it goes back to black and white. There are also some graphical anomalies within the game, such as guns and other items being modeled in very strange ways. Anyway, if anyone knows anything about the black and white issue I would appreciate it. I have already tried adjusting video settings as well. I have the latest patch for the game installed too, along with the latest release for DirectX 9.

Okay, I figured out how to fix the graphical anomalies. But the game is still running in black and white, or cyan as someone else calls it. The only colors I see are black and white though. Any ideas? I've tried different offscreenrendering options, no luck there.
