Flickering

On OS X 10.11 on a Late 2012 iMac with an nVidia GTX 680 the game starts up and runs but it has random flickers so bad it makes it unplayable. It looks like some of the flickers are pulling in from a frame buffer or something because it is actually flashing textures sometimes. Did anyone else manage to fix this problem?

Noticed the same here.

Haven't found a way around this. Tried all combinations of graphics quality I can think of. Nothing helps.

Just tried the game with latest CrossOver release 15.1 and guess what? It runs freaking great again. No flickering shadows or textures, no missing mud or ground, etc. \o/ Let the games begin.

And now it's version 16.1 and the game again is totally unplayable. It's flickering like hell.

For anyone having graphic corruption problems (best described as ”flickering flashing triangles”) with CrossOver 16 and “Performance Enhanced Graphic” (CSMT enabled) try this:

  • Run Command “regedit”
  • Under “HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Wine/Direct3D add "MaxVersionGL" DWORD with value 30002 (or 40001 if card support OpenGL 4.1) to registry
