South Park: The Stick of Truth Forum

I installed the game using a Win 7 bottle, everything went fine. However, on the first start up, after a few logos, the game crashed. I thought it's about some runtime component not being installed, so I installed DX 9 on the bottle and UNCHECKED the two options in the Graphics options for that bottle (Wine Configuration - Graphics - Allow window manager to control the windows & Allow window manager to decorate the windows). I don't know if all of these actions are required, but the games worked fine after.

I'm not much a South Park fan, but I do like Obsidian games, so I'm interested in giving this a chance.

Thanks for the tips, this game runs great on mac OS maverick.

Can't get the game to work. Installs fine including directx but when I try to start the game it opens for a couple seconds then goes away. I never see any of the actual game or screen. Help?
