Playing MP3s on windows verison 1.80?

I'm curious if anybody has any good ideas for playing mp3s on the windows verison running on cx.
It will run ogg files no problems and I suspect that if you install quicktime on the same bottle then songbird will play mp3s fine, but quicktime is quirky. Are there any other options?

installing quicktime on the bottle doesn't allow mp3 playback. :(

Hi David,

Mmmmm...open source...(drool)...I'll have a look
at it...which crossover version are you using for
this?..CXO or CXG ?....

Cheers!

CXO
A few details: Songbird Win doesn't have an mp3 decoder built in. It relies on WMP and QT to provide the proprietary codecs and it hooks up to the through plug-ins.
Could a plug-in be written that allows a wine app to access the gstreamer decoder? I've no clue.

I thought for sure just installing QT on the bottle would do it but I guess not. Maybe I need to install Songbird into a QT bottle.
