Soft-Denchi Fails to Register UCX.OCX File and Cannot Start UCManSVC

Some basic reporting with wine-staging was done last year, and nothing appears to have changed since then: https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=33825

Soft-Denchi is required to play most DMM games. It appears to install, but fails to install the UCX.OCX file and so cannot run games that require this DRM runtime's service to be running.
