I'd love to be able to give this a try. I have a client who uses Homestead.com, and is moving away from them. Unfortunately this company doesn't offer FTP access as far as I can tell to download your website files. The only way appears to be to use this SiteBuilder program to download the files that are hosted with Homestead.

The tricky part is obtaining the SiteBuilder software if you're not running Windows. Every time I try to download it Intuit/Homestead does me a favor by checking how compatible my computer will be with SiteBuilder, and being that I'm on a Mac right now I get redirected to a "your computer isn't compatible page," with no option (as far as I can see) to download the Windows program anyway.

No. But, you should be able to install IE6 and go through Intuits site that way. Then you will not be detected as being a "Mac".

No... this does not work unless you log in. You must have an account with homestead.com
