Used crossover Games 8
OSX: Snowleopard

I don't like steam so i immediately started an operation to run it just in crossover games. With success.

Install instructions:
Express install the game.
Install MSXML 3.0

The Digital Rights Management (DRM) software in this program
prevents it from running in CrossOver. If you are in a legal jurisdiction
which allows removal of such software, you may have luck running this
program. Unfortunately, CodeWeavers, because they are subject to the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act, will be unable to support you.

and replace the .exe in the game bottle.
Go to managed bottles and the winecfg --> graphic tab --> set virtual desktop 1024*768
Go to managed bottles and the winecfg --> libraries --> change library msxml3.dll to native windows.
Save changes and start the game. (this will create a folder with settings)
force close the game/crossover.

Edit Settings.ini file in My Documents/My Games/... to set
SkipOpeningMovies = 1
VBlankSynch = 0

I just wanted to put this note here for people who were struggling to make this game work... I had tried all kinds of combinations with the video settings and wrappers... the KEY is to edit the settings.ini exactly as described here. It worked like a charm. thanks Paul.

My Settings.ini file won't open with this error: "There is no Windows program configured to edit this type of file."
