Any suggestions getting Shutter Count Tools for Canon EOS working!

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to get "Shutter Count Tools for Canon EOS" working with Crossover/10.8.4

I've tried bottles under XP and Vista. App will launch but will not see the cameras that it supports ( 5D2 & 5D3 ). App gives me a "connection error" when I press the read button, so my guess is it needs somekind of USB support?

"Shutter Count Tools for Canon EOS" will work with Parallels/Windows 7

Have any suggestions getting it working?
