The known issues list says "Shockwave animations are sometimes slower than on Windows. This is mostly an issue on slower machines."
On a P4-2.2GHz, running Crossover Plugin 2.1 and Shockwave 8.5, the "hotel view" front pages on www.habbohotel.com, www.habbohotel.nl etc are more than a little slow - about one tenth of the normal speed. This would be fine, except that it also brings the whole machine to a crawl, with X11 using over half of the CPU and all window updates showing huge lag.
I was just about to report about te same site :)
I also heard it runs very slow in Windows, but in Linux it seems to be extreme.
I'm using Crossover 3.0 with SUSE 9.1 btw.
Could anyone check this out? If you have touble with the dutch, I could create an special test account.
