Run the Crosstie and install Settlers 2: 10th Anniversary into Crossover. The GOG.com version is DRM free and for me that one works out of the box.
Known Issues:
For ATI/AMD Radeon cards set in-game shader to low and shadows off to avoid graphical glitches.
