Sanitarium does not work

I'm trying to run it on latest Lion with Crossover 11.0.2 (11.0.2.25991) and it fails to even launch.

Unfortunately the solution provided by John Novak on 2010-05-14 04:54 in a previous thread does not work, the game manages to launch but the ingame screen does not refresh, there are graphic issues that render it unplayable. I hope someone has a solution for this.
