Working good in CXG 8.1.4/9.0 and linux ; stand-alone version

The stand alone release of the windows port of Samorost2 is a ~20Mb
.exe installer, which installs and runs very well using a winXP bottle.
Game is probably running at gold medal level, but silver for now until
a I solve a few more levels..fun game 8)
