I don't understand how this got a Silver level. With every CodeWeaver 11 update, I try it, but I cannot get RM to run without freezing up. This used to work before 11. Any ideas? I unchecked the Windows setting in the Wine > Graphics configuration, but it didn't help.

The support guys handled this beautifully. I had not uninstalled when I had tried some reinstalls and CrossOver got all confused. It is working perfectly and I now I love CrossOver and RootsMagic again. Thanks for the very prompt response!
