To get it working.

Rootfly installs into a new WinXP bottle without a problem, but it does not run unless you install the Microsoft Visual C++6.0 redistributable. I also have the Visual Basic 6 service pack 6 runtime in the same bottle. I don't think the latter is necessary, but you could try that as well if you have a problem. once the redistributable is installed it works perfectly. I haven't yet found any glitches.

I noticed your post and felt that this was an ideal case for our new C4P system in CrossOver 9.0

I have created a C4P file for Rootfly. You can now installs it with its dependencies simply by using the C4P file downloaded by clicking on "Install Via C4P"

I have made it so that it has Visual C++ 6 as a dependency bu not VB6. If you find that VB6 is actually required I can add that.

Just tested it on my home PC and works perfectly (well had to run the c4p file from the command line), Crossover went and downloaded then installed everything (Didn't need VB6, just Visual C++ 6). Neat!
