Video glitch in battle mode

Hi, besides the pesky mouse issue, I get another one. The sky texture is not drawn at all and instead I get ghosts from the other screen elements in its place. Any suggestions?

I got my copy from Steam and I am running it on a Mac Book Pro (GeForce 9600M GT) with Snow Leopard and CrossOver Games 8.1.4
