Problem with Rome Total war gold edition on crossover

Hi there,

I have just purchased crossover and am have played Oblivion fine with it on my new mac mini I7. Just installed Rome total War gold edition and as soon as the game start the graphics is all screwed up.

I cannot navigate through menu at all though the game is running as you can here the music.

Is there anything I can do to solve this?
