Startup problem with total war rome

Hi

I have been succesfully install total war rome gold edition.

But when i try to run it says "the program romeTW.exe has encountered serous problem and needs to close"

What i should do or is there any way to solve this problem?

I'll use crossover 10.2 and my mac version is 10.5.8
