Hi this is my first Time this is my first time using crossover for mac. I installed Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 and I went to run it and this screen pops up.

The program rct2.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvinence.

it is a digital download copy from direct2drive and i have emulated a virutal desktop i have no idea what to do next please help thank you

Very likely the D2D version differs from the original CD release in some
way. The emulate virtual desktop is still valid, but, I'm thinking it may
need DirectX 9 (app_id-4099) installed into the same bottle as well...

If that doesn't work, you will need to grab a debuglog to ascertain what's
happening to cause the crash...see;

Follow those instructions to obtain a debuglog -- you don't have to specify any
debug channels, but including +trace in the stringbox wouldn't be a bad idea.

Once you have to logfile, gzip and upload it to a public file repo (pastebin,
rapidshare) and post the download URL back here so I can download it and have
a look at things..
