This is difficult. Wine does not always provide an interface to Windows drivers in a way that applications expect. We do support things like Gamepads and whatnot, but that is because the path to layer between Linux and Windows is more clear. It gets more fuzzy for these one off devices and dongles. It is not impossible, it just takes time and effort from a volunteer coder to work on this.
