When all Wine configuration -> Graphics options are turned off, initial screen is black and no redrawing occurs at all, which resembles other results posted in the forum.
Hi, I opened a different thread earlier for the same issue. Good to know it's not just me. I also have a support ticket open, as the debug logs shows some very specific "fixme: ... " errors related to graphics.
This is my system configuration that produces the exact same issue, if yours is different, I can add that to the support ticket.
I have OS X (10.11.3), iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2048 MB.
10.10.5 (14F1605) | MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) | Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
No luck.
Looks like the best bet is to hope that Cyan will release a remastered native Riven. They're building Obduction on kickstarter funds, and they already did an iOS port of Riven, so maybe...
