My problem,
RIFT Installs and updates without problems, even i can launch the game, but when i go to choose the faction, simply i cant proceed.

The complexity of the graphical rendering goes way up just after choosing a faction (when the character models are loaded), so I'd guess that your hardware isn't able to handle it with the present settings.
The first thing I'd recommend trying is to close RIFT, and then set the LegacyRenderer to "True" in the rift.cfg. To do so, go to Crossover's Configure>Manage Bottles menu, select your RIFT bottle, and then go to Advanced>Open C: Drive in Finder.
In the finder window that opens up, browse to
drive_c/users/crossover/Application Data/RIFT/rift.cfg
open that file in a text editor, and change "LegacyRenderer" to "True". Save the file, close it, and then re-launch RIFT.
If you're still not able to get past choosing a faction, can you please tell me the type of graphics card on the machine?
