DxDiag on Rift.

I sent a question to in game support in Rift and as an answer they asked me to run DxDiag and send the the DxDiag.txt file to their support area. Soooo...since i'm on a mac and don't have Dx how do i get them the info they need to support me?

The problem is that RIFT Error Handler is popping every 25-30 minutes and sending error reports which interrupts whats happening, logs me out, logs me back in and occasionally continues to run in the background. Minor annoyance 2 weeks ago is now an OMGWTF moment when it happens.

I have done the restore button and nothing
I have re installed and nothing

Any suggestions or fixes?

Hello?
I can't play the game on certain characters anymore, they are trapped in never ending cycles of error handler reports. This would be a great time for a response of some sort. I'd even accept
"Sorry, you're SOL buddy we have better things to do"
