Rift Addons - 'Open Addon Directory' crashes game on OS X Lion

Hi,

I've just been attempting to try out the new addons stuff released as a live beta with 1.5.

If you follow the instructions found on the Rift forums etc... they direct you to click 'Addons' > 'Open Addon Directory' from the character selection screen to get to the location that you need to place any addons.

On OS X Lion (10.7.1) and CXG 10.1.2 this causes the game to crash every time. It looks as though its a crash related to Explorer.exe attempting to open the folder.

You can manually install the addons in the folder and they work fine. My addons folder location was here:

~/Library/Application Support/CrossOver Games/Bottles/RIFT/drive_c/Program Files/RIFT Game/Interface/Addons

I've just noticed that before you click 'Addons > Open Addon Directory' button the 'Interface/Addons' folders do not exist.

Click the button for the 1st time manages to create these folders but the game crashes when trying to subsequently open it.

Thanks for the path. Place your folder in the path listed above. If the file doesn't show in the addon library at first, click "refresh" and it should appear. If not, restart the application and hit "refresh" again. Don't try and open the folder via the "open addon folder" button on the game or it will crash. I dont see a way around it.

After Trion has changes how they save their different files they have also moved the Addon Folder to the My Documents folder. For Ubuntu 12.05 with Crossover the path is now ~/home/"username"/.cxoffice/Rift/drive_c/users/crossover/My Documents/Rift/Interface

Hope this helps. I had to manually add the addons there for them to show up in the game directory.
