We are aware that Rift is not working and that it's brokenness happened over the weekend.
If you have not already, please open a Support Ticket or email ninjas@codeweavers.com and ask to be added to bug number 8492.
More news to come as the day progresses.
The problem code has been identified. Another RIFT hotfix should be out by Wednesday to correct this problem, unless a Crossover-specific fix is released sooner (i.e. a tweaked build of Crossover Games).
