Rift crashing within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

Hello there not sure if anyone else is encountering this problem but every time i log into rift with crossover i get through all the load screens not a problem then get a message saying i need to use the patcher because some files are corrupted, then within 5 minutes of game play i crash, tried low rend amongst other things anyone having this problem?
