I don't believe so, the last ranking was a mere 2 stars. I don't believe anyone had any luck during the betas either.
I tried to use Elamigos repack on my MAC 19 Pro. It worked smoothly from the get-go. I've seen the cutscenes, models, and it showed my AMD card in settings. I'm using 23.0.1 crossover. However, after the first cutscene with the driver, I can't play for Leon as there's a black screen and error. Tried to use Wine and DXVK, the result is still the same
Unfortunately, it doesn't work with the latest version of CrossOver. If you install CXPatcher (which isn't supported by CodeWeavers), it will run great, but there's a cutscene inside the Police Station where it crashes again. It seems to be a problem with the libraries and videos, but no one has effectively addressed this issue. The fact that it's such a specific issue in a major game shows the sad fact that gaming for Mac is really not a feasible thing. Only for specific games it works.
Yeah, that particular issue you talking about was a GStreamer / Dependencies & Direct X12 issue which the latest versions GPTK & crossover supports as of now. I think you should know by now on the "underground" you know they already got these remakes working 100% even running on DX12 mode. As Capcom has talked about implementing even more stricter and complex DRM restrictions on their games in the future so these remakes are probably gonna be the only ones we're gonna be able to enjoy on the Mac. Unless of course, they are ported natively.
