Company has been using Remedy for quite a few years - Remedy USer used to work fine in Crossover up to 6.1.x .. then died - "Blue Screen of Death" when opening the actual tickets.
Just recently the company's remedy system was upgraded and now REMEDY USER Ver 7.1.00 is working again 😊
Installed in a WINXP Bottle with Office 2007, running on Macbook OSX 10.5.6, Crossover 7.1.0
(IE6 installed in Bottle instead of Crossover's html "app")
