- The font size may be small when running older software [written for low screen resolution displays] on newer [high screen resolution] displays.
- Increasing the font size may help with on-screen readability and accessibility.
CrossOver Linux (16.1) can increase the screen resolution (measured in dots per inch [dpi]) via Control Panels → Wine Configuration → Graphics → Screen resolution.

Steps

Open CrossOver Linux.

Click on ‘Reckon Quicken CashBook Home & Business 2003 (Australia)’ bottle.

Double click on ‘Wine Configuration’ (Built-in tool for configuring Bottle Settings).

In the ‘Wine configuration’ window, ‘Applications’ tab, select ‘qw.exe’ This will allow changes to the Libraries and Graphics tabs to only relate to ‘Reckon Quicken CashBook Home & Business 2003 (Australia)’ application.

In the ‘Wine configuration’ window, ‘Graphics’ tab, change the ‘Screen resolution’ from the default 96 dpi to 150 dpi (or any other dpi that you require). For starting dpi see “Proposed metrication” section in the “Dots per inch” Wikipedia article.

Click OK

Open ‘Quicken 2003 CashBook’ and check that the font size is suitable. If font size is not suitable, close ‘Quicken 2003 CashBook’ and repeat from step 03.
