It works (sort of)

The installer installs DirectX 5.

The Programs menu item is not updated, so you need to hunt down the program manually.

The game runs, but my X server is set to 1600x1200x32bpp, and the a/v performance suffers. I'll try resetting to 640x480x8bpp, and see if that helps.

I don't have CrossOver plug-in; I don't know whether that would help.
